[EN] Architectural education plays a fundamental role in achieving sustainable development by training future professionals who can contribute to sustainability through their practice. Nevertheless, to ensure the introduction of sustainable development in the education of future architects, it is fundamental to understand what is being done and what could be improved. [EN] The city development of Valencia, after its walls were demolished, starts in 1884 with the Enlargement Project by the architects José Calvo Tomás, Luis Ferreres Soler and Joaquín MªArnau Miramón. These three architects were members with number of Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Carlos and they left important buildings on the new streets created according to alignments designed in the project.
